30° Box-Type Bed — Ultra-High Rigidity Against Deformation
The integrally cast 30° box-type bed features a symmetric design between the guideway center and spindle center. The well-proportioned aspect ratio minimizes deflection under load, ensuring the machine maintains high accuracy even after prolonged heavy-duty cutting.

Servo-Driven Polygon Turning — Flexible Multi-Sided Configuration
The polygon turning device is servo-motor driven. By varying the number of tool inserts, different polygon profiles (square, hexagon, etc.) can be easily machined. Combined with contour turning, a single machine completes all operations on multi-faceted workpieces.

C1/C3 Grade Ball Screw — High Repeatability
High-precision C1/C3 grade (X/Z-axis) ball screws with pre-tensioned assembly and precision preloaded support bearings deliver outstanding repeatability and positioning accuracy, ideal for high-efficiency mass production.

Saddle-Driven Tailstock — Flexible Positioning
The convenient saddle-driven design allows the tailstock to be moved and positioned freely according to workpiece requirements. An optional programmable tailstock further enhances automation flexibility, accommodating diverse machining needs.
