15° Slant Bed High-Rigidity Structure — Stable Machining Accuracy
The 15° slant bed design effectively reduces the resolved force component from X-axis motion and eliminates ball screw backlash. All castings use high-quality cast iron; guideways are hardened and precision ground; saddle uses SK3 alloy steel — ensuring long machine life and sustained precision.
